Northport Network Systems Inc. is a China based technology company which operates a series of highly diverse and opportunistic business divisions in Asia. Our corporate offices are located in Seattle, Washington, USA, with China facilities headquartered in Beijing and in Dalian, China.

The core business is a unique and specialized e-Commerce website UrMart.net, which involves suppliers and registered customers/users. In addition we operate an online education system from over 120 separate sites throughout China and which experienced 2009 revenues in excess of 100 million Rmb. Annual registered student numbers exceed 10,000. We also own an equity interest in a chain of budget hotel locations. Our technology divisions include a bio-medical diagnostic product development enterprise, a digital photo processing technology, and an online game technology site.
