Yan Zhao - Director / President / CEO

Yan Zhao is President of Dalian, China based, Dalian Beigang Information Industry Development Co. Ltd., which she co-founded in 1997. Prior to 1997, she spent five years as general manager of Dalian Electronic and Telecommunication Co. Ltd. From 1969 to 1992, she worked as Internatioanl divison chief of Dalian Post and Telecommunication Bureau and Manger of EMS Company. Yan Zhao is a 1976 Bachelor of Science graduate of Chang Chun Post and Telecommunications College. She took office as President of Northport in April 2004.

Zhongbo Jia - Director / Vice President

From 1969 to1992, Mr. Jia worked in Dalian Post and Telecommunication Bureau as Telegraph Division chief and manager of Post Equipment factory. He was President of Dalian Electronic and Telecommunication Co. Ltd from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Jia is a 1977 Bachelor of Science graduate from Beijing Post and Telecommunication University.

Jianhua Yu - Director / Vice President

Jianhua Yu, currently a board director of China operations, is a renowned entrepreneur with significant expertise in real estate and property development in Dalian, China. Since 2001 he has been Chairman of Dalian Jintudi Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. Prior to that, he was Deputy General Manager of Dalian Xintian Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. and Dalian Dongfang Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. Previously he spent almost ten years as a factory manager for a number of food processing and safety equipment manufacturing factories in Dalian.

Jim H. Qian - Director / CFO

Jim H. Qian, Ph.D. is currently a board director and CFO of the company. Prior to this, Dr. Qian was the president and CEO of American Centrality Group, Inc., Nevada and Abgenom, Inc. Hayward, CA. Previously he was the co-founder & president of ProMab Biotech, Inc. Before launching ProMab, Dr. Qian was a scientist at Incyte Genomics, Inc. He received his postdoctoral training from University of California at Berkeley and obtained his Ph.D. from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Xiaoliang Jia- Director

Xiaoliang Jia, currently a board director of the company. He worked as Investment Bank Department Manager in Beijing Northport Business Management Company from 2003 to 2004, and then worked as Finance Department Manager in Northport China Companyfor 3 years from the year of 2005. He became President of Beijing Zurui International Trade Co. Ltd and Dalian High Power Environment-protection Technology Management Co. Ltd in 2009. He has worked as a board director of Northport since the year of 2010.
